IFS.ai Mobile Copilot for Field Service Technicians empowers service technicians to manage their workday more efficiently. It assists with job preparation, troubleshooting, and real-time decision-making, ensuring technicians spend less time navigating the application and more time delivering service to customers.
IFS.ai Mobile Copilot for Field Service Technicians is available within the IFS Cloud Mobile Work Order application. It activates automatically when technicians open the Copilot and can be used throughout their workday, both in preparation for jobs and while on-site.
Mobile Work Order pages include predefined prompts to guide technicians in asking relevant questions.
