Adjust Split Operations

Explanation

This activity is used to adjust the operation quantities within split operations. Operations material will be connected only to the parent operation even after the split or adjust action.

In APB solution enabled sites, if there is a material constraint (finite or always finite material) for the operation and if the operation is split, the material constraint is connected only to the parent operation and split operations will not be constrained by the material constraint.

To adjust a split operation from:

Redistribute the operation quantities on operations by adjusting the New Qty to Report field.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, split operations must exist for the shop order.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, operation quantities assigned to the split operations will be redistributed as the user defines.
