Analyze Shop Order History
Explanation
Use this activity to analyze the history of a shop order. Use the below tabs to analyze different dimension of
the shop order activities:
- Journal - Use this tab to view the history records of the actions taken on the shop order. A
history record logs the new and the old value when a manual change is done to the shop order header, material
lines or operation rows. Rescheduling of the shop order, or shop order operation using drag-and-drop will also
generate history records as well as state changes in shop order, material lines and operations.
Note that order history only logs the values actually changed and not possible secondary effects caused by the
change. Also transactions related to performing the shop order are not logged.
Use the options to select and view records for shop order header, material lines or operations. By default these
options are enabled. The Include Status Changes option is used to show the status changes
accordingly. If it is enabled, it will show the records related to the status changes of the shop order,
operation, and material depending on the status of the other options.
-
Material Transactions - Use this tab to view the material history transactions for the shop
order such as:
- Issued / unissued material
- Received / unreceived manufactured, disposition, assembled, disassembled, substituted, co-products or
