Report Machine Time
Explanation
Use this activity to report machine time for a shop order operation. It can be the time needed to set up an
operation before manufacturing begins (setup time) or the time of the actual manufacturing (runtime). Machine time
is booked on a work center resource which does not have to be a machine, but may also represent the physical
location where the operation is performed. Resource share indicates how much the work center resource was utilized
during its duration.

must also report some scrap quantity.

Reported depending on what you report.

Order Scheduling Basic Data/Scheduling Server tab, the schedule will be adjusted to reflect the

scheduled as close as possible to now time.
- if Keep Scheduled Operation Sequence was chosen - the schedule will be updated without altering
the previous schedule sequence. Subsequent operations in the same order structure will move closer to the

Usage, tool usage history is aumatically created in Tool Usage History page
linked to the machine transaction.
