work center resources valid for the filter currently being used.
System Effects
- The machine downtime clocking record for the selected work center resource will receive a stop time and
duration of the clocking interval is calculated. The calculation depends on the selected downtime cause:
- No downtime cause, downtime cause with OEE Factor = Schedule Loss or
Availability Loss: Only time intervals that falls into the defined work center calendar
working time are considered. The result is divided per workday and one machine downtime history transaction
(MCH_DOWN) per workday is created.
- Downtime cause with OEE Factor = Performance Loss: Time intervals that
falls outside the defined work center calendar working time are considered according to the Calendar
Consideration option selected on the site. One machine downtime history transaction (MCH_DOWN) is
created.
- A machine downtime history transaction (MCH_DOWN) is created.
- If a machine downtime clocking duration is less than or equal to the Max Duration for Auto
Registration value set for the site on the Downtime Causes page, the
machine downtime clocking will automatically be registered with the corresponding downtime cause in case there is
not already a downtime cause registered.
