Use this activity to introduce hypothetical or future demands into a simulation profile on the Additional Demands tab. These demands simulate potential customer orders or other independent demand sources. You can control whether an additional demand is included in subsequent simulation runs using the Include in Simulation toggle, without needing to delete the simulation demand line.
A simulation profile header must be created.
As a result of this activity, new simulated independent demands are added to the simulation profile which can be included in the subsequent simulation calculations using either the Simulation Profile option or Live Snapshot with Additional Demands option.
