IFS.ai Copilot for Suggesting Purchase Groups for No Part Purchase Requisition Line

IFS.ai Copilot assists useres in identifying the most suitable Purchase Group(s) for a respective No Part Requisition Line. It uses multiple priority levels, which are described below.

 

IFS.ai Copilot for Purchase Group Suggestion in No Part Purchase Requisition Line

IFS.ai Copilot in no part purchase requisition lines assist the users to get best matching Purchase Group/s for the selected requisition lines. It works on several priority levels which describes below.

 

• If Supplier’s Part Category exists, Purchase Group will be suggested based on it prioritizing the Purchase Groups included in the Supplier Category Mapping Reference (Assortment) and node which aligns with the Suppliers’ Part Category
• If the Supplier’s Part Category does not exist but the Supplier Category Mapping Reference (Assortment) is available, Purchase Group prioritizes the Purchase Groups included in the Supplier Category Mapping Reference (Assortment)
• If only the description is available, Purchase Group is suggested by considering the active Purchase Groups in the system
• If the IFS.AI Copilot is unable to suggest a Purchase Group based on any of the above scenarios, it will prompt the user to manually review the Purchase Groups defined in the system.

IFS.ai Copilot for Purchase Group Suggestion is automatically activated when you open the IFS Cloud Copilot on the following pages.

Note : It is activated for both Part Requisition and Rental Requisition Lines as well. However,it currently assists only with No Part Requisition Lines.
