Update Project Accrual

Explanation

Use this activity to update the Project Accrual, if there have been any changes to the connected sub contract(s) and/or its valuations, before approving the project accrual.  

Prerequisites

• Project Accrual should be in Preliminary, Submitted or Approved status.

System Effects

• Project Accrual will be updated with the new details of the sub contract and valuations. 
• Assessment amount in the project accrual will not be changed.
• Accrual amount will be recalculated based on the newly updated values.
