Create Request Bundle Task

 Explanation

Bundle tasks make similar and related tasks easier to handle and complete. You can create a Request Bundle Task from the Request Work Tasks page. Simply select multiple Request Tasks and click Bundle in the header to create your Request Bundle Task.

When a Bundle Task is created, it receives the New status. On each Bundle Task you should enter a description, and the Service Organization that owns the Bundle Task, Optionally you can define the Service Delivery Unit which is responsible for the execution as well.

 

Prerequisites

• Service Organization needs to be defined with the connected User Access Groups.
• User must connect to the User Access Groups. 
• Individual Tasks, which fall under the parents of Request Scope should exist.
• User connect to User Access Groups in individual tasks to view the tasks. 
• Cannot be transferred to mobile.
• For a task to be bundled, the status of a work task should be below Started. 

System Effects

As a result of this activity,

• New Request Bundle Tasks with the status New will be created.
• User Access Groups from Service Organization and Service Delivery Unit will be copied to Request Bundle Task.
