Modify Contract Details

Explanation

Use this activity to modify the Request Contract connected to a Request Scope. The contract can be modified during throughout the request lifecycle.

Contract should be defined with a Contract Line with a Price Rule, that covers the specified Reported Item.
Contract site and Default Sales site of the Service Organization (which offers the selected service) should be the same.
To modify the Contract, Request Scope must exist in status of New/Released/Started or Completed and the Billing Customer must be connected to the Contract.
To modify the Contract, the relevant Request Scope must not be considered for invoicing (cannot modify contract if at least one Active Invoice Preview exists for the Scope).

Price Rule will be updated according to the new Contract.
New Price Rule will be applied to all sales lines which are not considered for invoicing.
