Use this activity to release a Request.
A Request in status New can be released once the basic preparation is done. By releasing the request, the related scopes and work tasks will be released as well and the work can commence.
If the Appointment Required toggle is enabled, the Task cannot be released without an appointment. To release it without booking, a valid reason must be provided.
A Request must have been created with one or more Scopes.
If the Standard Task related to the Recurring Service Scope has planned material lines which will generate Purchase Requisitions, the user generating the Request must have access to the Logistics Site.
The Request, its Scopes and connected Work Tasks will get the status Released.
