IFS.ai Copilot for Product Recommendation in sales is automatically activated when you open the IFS Cloud Copilot on the Customer Order page.

Context Specific Capabilities

Copilot recommends the most suitable shipping option for customer orders. It can also help you decide what products to include by:

• Showing the customer’s most recent orders
• Suggesting items the customer frequently buys
• Highlighting popular items ordered by other customers
• Recommending items from active campaigns
• Suggesting additional items that go well with the customer’s order

Predefined page prompts

The Product recommendation in the Customer Order includes predefined prompts to guide users regarding the sales of parts. These prompts are not part of the IFS.ai Copilot itself but are integrated with the Customer Order page. 

• Provide a summary of (Customer's No) Customer's recent Purchase Parts – Provides the specific customer's recent Purchase Parts.
• What are common Sales Parts sold to the (Customer's No) Customer on recurring basis – Provides frequently ordered Sales Parts from all customers.
• Top 10 popular Sales Parts among customers– Highlights popular Sales Parts among customers. (Across all Sites)
• What are the Sales Parts associated with the ongoing Sales Campaigns for the (Customer's No) Customer? – Provides campaign parts that are valid for a specific customer or all customers.
• What are the best-selling complementary parts ordered together with the selected Sales Part? - Provides best-selling complementary parts ordered together with the selected Sales Part.

Formless Interaction

Each of the above prompts supports formless interactions, allowing users to add the suggested items directly into Customer Orders through Copilot. When adding items, specify the Sales Part and Quantity as prompted. Formless interactions apply exclusively to the currently selected Customer Order ,Copilot will not update or add items to any other orders. All prompts will function for sites which has access to the user.
