Context Scope for Formless vs. Non-Formless Interactions

Formless interactions operate strictly within the context of the currently selected Sales Quotation. Any actions (such as adding Sales Parts) will be performed only for the quotation that is selected . In contrast, non-formless interactions (for example, prompts that retrieve insights or display analytical data) can reference and display information from multiple Sales Quotations across sites and customers, depending on access avaliablity the user has. This design ensures that transactional updates remain context-safe, while analytical queries can utilize broader data access for improved insight generation.
