Enter Additional Sites

Explanation

This activity can be used to create sales quotations in additional sites other than the default site.

 
When the user enters different additional sites, Sales quotations will be created in the entered sites. If the scanned Sales Parts do not exist in the entered additional sites, the sales quotations will be created by eliminating specific sales quotation lines. Once the Sales Quotation is created, the eliminated Sales Parts can be viewed from Quotation History.

Prerequisites

Consider following points when updating the document:

• Ensure that a customer is linked to each company within the connected sites. Failure to do so will result in no sales quotations being generated for those sites.
  
• Sales parts must be registered under an identical name across all sites. Inconsistencies will prevent the creation of Sales Quotation Lines for the affected parts, and an error log will be recorded in the sales quotation history.

System Effects

Based on the settings the Sales Quotation/s will be created and processed in the final activity "Finish Scan Sales Quotation".
