Use this function to close a sales quotation. The function can be used to close an entire sales quotation when you have created a customer order from one or more quotation lines. It can also be used when one or more quotation lines are lost, and you do not intend to follow-up on the remaining quotation lines.
If the Closed status is Won, enter the reason for winning the quotation,
either by selecting a reason from the list or by entering the reason ID manually.
If the Closed status is Lost, enter the reason for losing the quotation, either
by selecting a reason from the list or by entering the reason ID manually. The competitor to whom the quotation was
lost can be entered either by selecting a competitor from the list or by entering the competitor ID
manually.
The sales quotation is set to Closed status and no further transactions can be performed.
