Reschedule Customer Order Line
Explanation
This activity is used to reschedule a customer order line from a chart.
To perform this activity from the Visual Inventory Part
Availability page, select a segment in the chart representing a customer order supply. In the card
showing, click Reschedule to open the Reschedule Customer Order Line
dialog.
Prerequisites
- The customer order line demand should not be pegged to a supply.
System Effects
- The customer order line will receive a new Planned Due Date according to the value provided in the
dialog. If the date provided is a non-working day the Planned Due Date will be set to the first work day
before the date given.
- The Planned Ship Date/Time and Planned Delivery Date/Time on the customer order line will be
calculated forward from the new Planned Due Date.
