Connect Service to Service Quotation

Explanation

This activity is used to connect already planned or ongoing maintenance events, maintenance orders and work orders to an existing service quotation.

The service quotation must be in the Under Preparation status.
The maintenance order that is to be connected to the service quotation must be in the Initial Scope Definition, Under Preparation, Released or Started status and not connected to a service quotation. The distribution type of the order should not be Simplified Work Order.
The maintenance event that is to be connected to the service quotation must have been added to a valid maintenance order.
The work order that is to be connected to the service quotation must be in the FaultReport, WorkRequest, Observed, UnderPreparation, Prepared, Released, and Started status and not connected to a service quotation.

As a result of this activity, a maintenance orders, maintenance events and work orders are connected to a service quotation.
