Complete RMA
Explanation
This function can be used when you have partially received one or more RMA lines on which you do not intend to
receive the full quantity that has been approved for return. By specifying the RMA line as completed, the status of
the line will be updated from Partially Received to Return Completed.
You can also specify an entire RMA as being completed. To be able to complete an entire RMA, the requirements
described above must have been fulfilled for all the RMA lines that are not already in status Denied,
Canceled or Return Completed.
Prerequisites
- Inventory parts that have been entered as received on the RMA line, must also have been handled, i.e.,
entered as scrapped or returned into inventory.
- The RMA should not be a receipt RMA.
