method) by evaluating Supply Chain matrix records and other related information. It consists of several predefined
functions to help with common user queries, which are described below. In addition to that, users can change the
Ship Via method of a shipment order, using IFS.ai Copilot.

prompts are not part of the IFS.ai Copilot itself but are integrated with the Shipment Order pages mentioned above.

Supported Queries and Use Cases
IFS.ai Copilot for Freight Selection in Shipment Order supports the following queries and use cases:

- Determine the "Ship-via" method associated with the lowest "Priority" number within
the Supply Chain Matrix.

Shortest distance:
- Determine the "Ship-via" method associated with the lowest number in the “Distance”
field within the Supply Chain Matrix.

Least expected additional freight cost:
- Determine the "Ship-via" method associated with the lowest value in the "Expected
Additional cost" field within the Supply Chain Matrix.

Fastest total shipping time:
- Identify the "Ship-Via" method with the lowest Shipping Time, which is calculated as the sum of
External Transport Lead Time (from Supply Chain Matrix), Picking Lead Time (from Supply Chain Matrix if not
from Site → Warehouse Management).

Least environmental impact:
- Identify the "Ship-Via" method with the lowest Environmental Impact, which is calculated as the
product of Order Net Weight (Sum of Net weights of Order lines), Distance (from Supply Chain Matrix), and
Emission Factor.
- Note: For the Environmental Impact Calculation, only the Greenhouse Gases (GHG)
substance group will be considered.

Frequently used in last 3 months:
- Frequently used “Ship-Via” methods over the past three months, considering Id, Type and
Address of both Sender and Receiver.
Note: Co-Pilot will not generate answers regarding "Remote Warehouses". Also if the
user selected multiple records on Shipment Orders page, Co-Pilot would not generate answers.
