Adjust to Schedule

The Adjust to Schedule command is available when an unassigned task is selected from the Dispatch Console Task List.  This command serves as a control toggle that defines whether the assignment to be created for the selected task through drag-and-drop should automatically align with the resource’s predefined working schedule (On) or remain unadjusted (Off). 

Prerequisites

• The Dispatch Console must be loaded with data, mainly Resources, Work Tasks on the work task list, and Gantt.   
• An unassigned Task must be available on the Dispatch Console Task List. 
  

System Effects

The assignment created using drag and drop is aligned with the Resource’s predefined work schedule.
