In the Schedule assistance, Resource status is indicated using a small solid circle in the Gantt area, next to the resource card, and the color of the circle changes based on the resource status.
In the Resource Card, Log On and Log Off commands enable you to change the Resource Status to Logged In or Logged Off on behalf of a Resource. This is indicated by a Green (Logged In) or Grey (Logged Off) circle. This resource status change is also communicated to PSO through change handling.
The breaks scheduled for the current day are displayed as items in the Resource Timeline. If the resource is logged in, these breaks can be started using the Break On command, available on the Resource Card or on the respective Break Gantt chart element card. The Break On status is indicated by a Blue circle, and the break is moved to the current timeline. When the resource break is over, it can be ended using the Break Off command. The break status changes are also communicated to PSO, through change handling.
