Use this activity to identify and select the relevant work tasks from the Work Tasks List. The Work Task list is located below the Gantt area or on the left side panel.
You can view the Work Task List in List View, Tile View, or Table View. The details displayed for each task can be customized using the Column Chooser.
In List View and Table View, you can apply Conditional Formatting to visually highlight records based on defined conditions. Select an attribute, set conditions on specific columns, and choose a background color for highlighting. The attribute you select determines the column that will be highlighted. To highlight the entire row instead of just the attribute, enable the Apply to entire row toggle. Use the Manage Formatting option to edit or delete existing conditions.
In Tile View, use the Sort By feature to organize tasks according to your preference. You can sort the columns in List View and Table by clicking on the column header.
Work Tasks must exist, and they should be unallocated.
