Readjust Visits

Explanation

Use this activity to adjust the visit chain according to the changes in the remaining time to complete an activity or any deviation of activity duration and total allocated hours.

This activity is typically used when:

1. Work task is set as Allow Multiple Visits selected and,
2. There is a deviation between resource activity duration and total allocated hours.

Prerequisites

• Visit chain must exist.

System Effects

Work Assignments are updated as below

• If the date period and allocated hours of the existing visit is updated, corresponding work assignment is updated accordingly
• If new visits are created, work assignments with status Assigned are created.
• If visits are removed, work assignments with status Assigned and not set to mobile will be deleted and work assignments with status above Assigned or set to mobile will be Canceled
