This activity is used to transfer a work task to IFS Mobile Work Order. You can choose to transfer the task to a specific mobile user or to users who have a specifc skill set. The task is sent during the synchronization between the mobile device and the server.
Note: You must be online to view, accept, or start a Task in the pool. The Task will appear in the Pool Task list immediately, but its related information will only be available after synchronization is complete.
A Work Task with or without Resource Demand can be transferred to Mobile from IFS Cloud Web as a
Pool or Pool-Keep task. Only Work tasks without Assignees can be sent to pool. A
Pool Task is removed from the Pool when accepting or starting the assignment, whereas a
Pool-Keep Task is removed from the Pool only if the user selects the option Remove Task
from Pool when completing the assignment.
Note: Pool tasks with resource demand defined are removed from the pool only when the resource demand on the task is satisfied regardless of the transfer type Pool or Pool-Keep.
