Once you select the Task from the Task Selector, all eligible resources are loaded into the Resource List. By default, resources are filtered based on the Task’s Skills, Competencies, Certificates, Regions, and Resource Groups. You can adjust filter combinations or remove filters entirely to sort and view eligible resources according to your preference.
Note: The validity period of the Certificates, Competencies & Skills must fall within the Task’s start and end dates.
An active dataset must be defined for the desired company. Resources need to be connected to Resource Group, Competencies, Licenses, and Regions, etc.
As a result of this activity, eligible Resources for the selected Task are loaded into the Schedule Assistance Resource List.
