View SLA Timeline

Explanation

This action is available for unassigned tasks and allows you to view the SLA timeframe in a dialog. With a single click, you can quickly go through all types of SLAs defined for the Task, such as Fixed Start, Earliest Start, Latest Start, Latest Finish, Planned Start, Planned Finish, SLA Start Date, SLA Finish Date, etc., marked in the Timeline Calendar.   After reviewing the SLAs, you can simply use the drag and drop option on the Gantt to assign the Task to the right Resource at the right time, not violating any SLAs. In case there are any SLA violations, it will be indicated on the Work Assignment by an exception sign, and you can use the Reassign command available on the card to resolve the raised exception.

As a result of this activity, a dialog will be opened up on top of the Schedule Assistance Page, visualizing SLAs relevant to the selected Task.
