Create Discovery Code

Explanation

Use this activity to create a discovery code. The discovery code is used when entering a fault report to describe how the fault was discovered. This is helpful later when a Work Order is prepared, and in troubleshooting and repairs.

Prerequisites

Before information on a discovery code is entered, the following must have been completed:

The user must be connected to a site. This must have been performed in Sites per User.

As a result of this activity, the discovery code can be used when fault reports are entered.
