Select Equipment

Explanation

Use this activity to get an equipment object preselected in the Order Service assistant.

Prerequisites

• Logged in user should be configured as a B2B User - Customer.
• There must be equipment objects with customer set as party type.
• For use from the My Service Center lobby, the equipment must be connected to a location and have a valid service contract.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, an equipment object will be preselected when the Service Order assistant is opened.
