Explanation

This activity is used to provide source information (documents or text) that will be used to generate a Work Order. The source can be uploaded, attached from the document repository, or entered manually via the Work Order Generator assistant.

Note: A source reference can also be included at the beginning, similarly as with the “Upload Document” option.

Prerequisites

Structured and clear information of work details exists.

System Effects

The uploaded or entered information is ready to be scanned for extraction. Click Next to proceed to the Analyze and Review step.
