Use this activity to add Selection Rules to define and manage selection rules for a Service Contractor. These rules help establish criteria for contractor selection.
Users can manage Selection Rules by:
Selection Rules includes an option for dynamic selection. In dynamic rules, contractors are ranked using evaluation criteria, and if a contractor does not accept an order within their acceptance period, the system can automatically reassign the order to the next ‘best-ranked’ contractor (as determined by the evaluation criteria) if dynamic rules apply. If no ranking applies, the order is rejected. The contractor’s eligibility for dynamic selection is determined by a setting defined at contractor creation.
Note: There is a badge to indicate if the Selection Rule is active/blocked.
