Report Time

Explanation

Use this activity to record and authorize time spent on the repair. Technicians can either use the Clock In/Out button to log time live or use the Reporting dropdown to report time after completing the work. If no task is associated with the repair, time reporting is not allowed.

When time is reported, the system applies pricing based on the warranty or contract linked to the unit. If no coverage is applied, it defaults to the pricing rule on the RMA Line.

If no Work Task is associated with the repair, time reporting is not permitted.
