This supports faster decision-making during work preparation and execution, and reduces the time spent searching for operational information.

| List the recent work tasks on object | Retrieves and lists the recent work tasks performed on the selected object. Relevant information such as work instruction and action taken are listed together with completion date. |
| Work Task material | Retrieves and lists the material connected to the selected work tasks. Also responds with the available quantity in stock or the lead time if sufficient material is not available from the warehouse. |
| Equipment material | Retrieves and lists the material connected to the selected object, or the object connected to the selected tasks. Lists the spare part list for the equipment and whether the parts are available in the warehouse. |
