Use this activity to cancel the work package.
Select ‘Cancel Work Package’.
If the ‘Cancel Work Package’ button is not visible, the work package cannot be canceled due to one of the following conditions: the work package is currently in progress, or the associated workscope was received from a connected operator, in which case only the originating operator can perform the cancellation.
Upon confirmation, the system assigns the status value CANCEL to the work package, and all associated tasks are canceled.
Work package must have been created.
The Work Package must not be in progress.
Tasks and faults associated to the work package will get cancelled.
