Use this activity to register the information about a contract change order that has been submitted to one or
several external contact persons.
Prerequisites
- A contact person should be defined with an address in the contract change order.
System Effects
- The submitted date is updated for the contract change order.
- The submitted date is updated for the persons you have submitted the contract change order.
- Information about the submittal to each contact person is displayed in the History.
