Modify Repair RMA Details
Explanation
Use this activity to modify or add information to the Repair RMA details. You can update key details such as the
Description, Due Date, Planned Ship Date, Location, and Address. Additionally,
you can manage classification attributes (Urgency, Priority, and Type) and assign
or change the Owner information.
Prerequisites
- A Repair RMA should exist in Service Management>Depot Repair>Repair RMA.
- If you need to select classification details,
- Urgency should be defined in Service Management>Basic Data>Service Work Basic Data>Work
Classifications>Urgencies.
- Priority should be defined in Service Management>Basic Data>Service Work Basic Data>Work
Classifications>Priorities.
- Type should be defined in Service Management>Basic Data>Service Work Basic Data>Work
Classifications>Request Types.
