Use this activity to add Change Order (CO) lines in the Change Order/CO Lines tab and then use the Details command to add CO actions.
A Change Order can be divided into multiple CO lines, each of which may contain several CO actions. This structure enables clear description, planning, maintenance, and follow-up of all actions required to implement the change. The upper section of the CO Details is used for CO line information, while the lower table displays CO action details.
Planned cost and hours can be defined for each CO action, and if the CO is connected to a project activity, a cost element must be added to report planned cost and hours to the project activity.
The Generate Details and Actions function automatically creates one CO line and one CO action for each part connection in the Change Requests listed in the Based On tab.
