Analyze Change Order

Explanation

Use this activity to set the status of a Change Order (CO) from Preliminary to Analyzed. This status indicates that the CO has been reviewed for feasibility, impact, and requirements. It is a necessary step before the CO can be approved.

You can access a CO via a connected Change Request (CR), via the list of COs, or by an object connected to the CO.

Prerequisites

This activity has the following prerequisites:

• The CO must exist in Preliminary status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity:

• The status of the CO is updated to Analyzed.
• The CO is ready for approval.
