Approve Change Order
Explanation
Use this activity to set the status of a Change Order (CO) to Approved. This status confirms
that the CO has passed all required reviews and is authorized for execution. When the CO is approved, connected
Change Requests (CRs) are automatically set to Processed.
Prerequisites
- The CO exists.
- The CO is in Analyzed status.
System Effects
- The status of the CO is changed to
Approved.
- Connected CRs are automatically set to
Processed.
- No additional CRs can be connected to the CO after this
point.
