Use this activity to execute a Change Order (CO) by performing all CO actions.
You can update the Progress field on the CO Action to reflect the current progress. When the progress is 100%, the Action Completed indicator is set to Yes. If the CO is connected to a project, the progress is also updated to the related project activity.
After completing the actions, update the CO status to Performed using the Perform command. When in Performed status, no additional Change Requests (CRs) can be connected to it. It is possible to connect or disconnect the CO to a project activity in Performed status.
