Explanation

Use this activity to close the assistant and create a new employee as a result.

Default Role Based Access Group Assignment

When Access Setup Configuration is set to Access Based on Team and Supervisor Setup, and a default Role Based Access Group is defined in the Default Role Based Access Group for New Employments section of the Access Setup Configuration page, the assistant uses that default and adds the created person and employment to the configured group when the assistant is finished.
The validity period of the assignment is calculated based on the configured Duration and Unit, or the employment start date given that the Valid Till Employment Start Date toggle in Access Setup Configuration is on.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, all assistant steps and fields marked as mandatory have to be filled in.
