Use this activity to specify lifecycle reasons that are used when lifecycle messages are sent. For some lifecycle messages, the user must specify a reason. For example, in France, when a manual supplier invoice is refused, a reason must be entered for why the invoice is refused.
To be able to use the functionality with lifecycle messages, the E-invoice Lifecycle option must be enabled on company level.
As a result of this activity, the lifecycle reason codes will be registered in the system. These will be used when sending lifecycle messages.
