This activity is used to connect corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to a non conformance report (NCR) or to an MRB case. A corrective action that is related to a nonconformance is made to eliminate the root cause of why the nonconformance occurred.
To connect a CAPA in Non Conformance Report page, click on Connect CAPA in the header, select required CAPA/CAPAs and click OK.
To connect a CAPA in MRB Case page, click on Connect CAPA in the header, select required CAPA/CAPAs and click OK.
At least one Corrective and Preventive Action must be exist.
As a result of this activity CAPA is connected either to an NCR or an MRB case.
