Use this activity to delete aggregated MRP, Master Scheduling, Material and Machine load, and Labor Load data using the Cleanup of Aggregated Planning Scenario assistant.
This activity is useful for preventing confusion caused by obsolete aggregated results, maintaining data accuracy, and optimizing database storage for better system performance.
You can clean up aggregated results for one site or leave the Site field blank to run the cleanup across all sites you have access to. The Period Template field is optional. If you leave this field blank, aggregated results from all period templates associated with the selected site and scenario are deleted.
You can run the cleanup online or as a background job.
A Material Planning Scenario must exist.
A user-allowed site must exist.
Aggregated results must exist for the selected site and scenario.
Aggregated material records for the scenario and site are deleted when Cleanup Aggregated Material toggle is enabled.
Aggregated machine‑load and labor‑load records are deleted when Cleanup Aggregated Machine and Labor Load toggle is enabled.
