Use this activity to clear outdated or unnecessary simulation results from the MRP tables and their respective simulated CRP loads for a selected material planning scenario using the Cleanup of Material Planning Simulation Results assistant. This job deletes simulation results without deleting the associated Material Planning Scenario or any created Simulation Profiles.
This activity is useful for maintaining data accuracy, preventing confusion caused by obsolete simulations, and optimizing database storage for better system performance.
This job can be executed either online or as a background process. You can clean up simulation results one site at a time, or if you leave the Site field blank, the job is run for all sites to which you have access.
As a result of this activity, simulation results are deleted from the MRP tables and the corresponding simulated CRP loads for the specified material planning scenario and site.
