During an MRP calculation, key MRP action proposals for the MRP‑planned parts included in the calculation scope
are evaluated. The following badges are updated when the corresponding condition exists:

| Negative Projected On Hand Exists | Negative Projected Onhand | The part has a negative value at some point in the Projected On Hand. |
| Late Order Exists | Late Order | At least one supply order is planned to be received after the part’s due date, so MRP suggests rescheduling that order. |
| Early Order Exists | Early Order | At least one supply order is planned to be received before the part is required, so MRP suggests rescheduling that order. |
| Remove Order Exists | Remove Order | At least one supply order is not needed to meet demand, and MRP suggests cancelling that order. |
| Past Due Demand Exists | Demand is Past Due | At least one demand order has a due date that falls before the first period defined for the MRP. |
| Past Due Supply Exists | Supply is Past Due | At least one supply order has a due date that falls before the first period defined for the MRP. |
| Past MRP Planned Supply Exists | Plan Supply Past Due | At least one MRP‑planned supply proposal has a due date earlier than the MRP execution date. |
| Past MRP Planned Supply Start Date Exists | Plan Supply Start Date is Past Due | At least one MRP‑planned supply proposal is scheduled to start before the MRP execution date. |
During MRP calculation, the selected Master Scheduling exception conditions for MS-planned parts are checked, and the corresponding badges on the page are updated.
