Add Default Values
Explanation
Use this activity to set a default project activity for a deliverable item and, if needed, override the default
site. The project activity value is automatically inherited by any child components added under the selected item.
This reduces manual entry and supports consistent planning throughout the deliverables hierarchy.
Prerequisites
- A project must exist.
- At least one project activity must be defined.
- A site must be created.
- The relevant project deliverable item must already be present in the structure.
System Effects
- Child components added under the item automatically inherit the specified project activity.
- Inherited values can be manually changed for individual components if needed.
