Use this activity to create a work package. A work package enables work orders to be created based on the planning defined in related Work Task Plans. These work packages serve as containers for grouping work tasks that share common project deliverable elements, such as location, equipment, or maintenance event.
A Project Deliverable Structure must be created, and relevant Work Task Plans must be added to it.
When a work package is created, any Work Task Plans that match the work package’s main attributes (such as serial, position, or event code) are automatically suggested and displayed as unconnected task plans. These can be reviewed and connected to the work package as appropriate.
