This activity is used to review and confirm the quantities planned in the schedule of work when resources already have planned hours in project resource planning. When a resource planning line already exists, a dialog opens where you can review the differences between the resource hours in project resource planning and the hours in the schedule of work. If you confirm, the process continues and updates the quantities. Alternatively, you can cancel the update after reviewing the differences.
