Enter Charges

Explanation

 This activity is used to enter charges for purchase orders associated with a dispatch advice, whether it was created manually or automatically. (creation method : Integrated Interface) When customs/importation charges are imposed at the time of delivery, this activity enables the user to distribute those charges among the included purchase orders in a dispatch advice.

Prerequisites

• A manually or automatically created dispatch advice should exist.
• At least one connected source order should exist to be received.
• Source order must be Purchase Order.
• Purchase Charge Type must have been entered on Purchase Charge Type page and it should not be a type that use charge (%) or Unit Charge.

System Effects

When one or more purchase order lines are connected, Charges command will be enabled.
