Configure Teams App and Outlook Panels

Explanation

This activity is used to configure the pages and dialogs in the CRM-panel, SRM-panel and CRM Teams App. The panel layout can be changed using the IFS Cloud Web Page Designer and the Field Configuration page in IFS Cloud Web.

With Page Designer, you can control how activities, mails, and other records are displayed on the details page for lead and account contacts and representatives in the CRM-panel, as well as for supplier contacts and representatives in the SRM-panel. The CRM-panel layout is also applied to the CRM Contact page in the CRM Teams App. You can decide which fields and sections are shown and the order in which they are displayed.

On the Field Configuration page in IFS Cloud Web, you can define how fields are displayed in the dialogs used in the CRM- and SRM-panels. For the CRM-panel and the CRM Teams App, you can configure the layout of dialogs used to create activities, opportunities, leads, accounts, and contacts. In the SRM-panel, you can configure the layout for the Create Activity dialog. You can decide whether a field should be visible and/or mandatory, the order in which fields are displayed, and whether a field should be placed within the collapsible Show More section of the panel.
